We keep personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide the Services, comply with law, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, and support legitimate business operations.
Retention periods may vary depending on the data type and context. As a general framework:
- Account and billing records: retained for as long as the account is active and for additional periods as needed for tax, accounting, audit, dispute, fraud-prevention, or legal compliance purposes.

- Backups: retained on a rolling basis for limited periods according to backup and disaster recovery practices.
- Cloud phone environments, browser/profile resources, synced assets, and related content: retained according to the applicable plan, retention add-ons, inactivity rules, account status, Workspace settings, technical lifecycle, support operations, and legal or security requirements.
If your trial, promotional access, or paid plan expires, is cancelled, is downgraded, or remains inactive, certain environments, browser/profile resources, uploads, logs, or related data may be deleted or become unavailable after the applicable retention period.
We may delete, anonymize, aggregate, or de-identify data when it is no longer reasonably necessary.

We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. We may also decline or limit requests where permitted by law, including where requests are manifestly unfounded, excessive, would adversely affect others’ rights, or conflict with our legal obligations.
To exercise your rights, contact us at support@PhoneGrid.com.
13. Sensitive Data
Please do not upload, transmit, or store sensitive personal data in the Services unless it is necessary for your use case and you have a valid legal basis and appropriate safeguards.
Sensitive data may include, depending on applicable law, financial account credentials, government identifiers, health information, biometric information, highly sensitive authentication materials, or special-category data.
