Getting Started
[Guide] Basic PhoneGrid Workflow
The basic PhoneGrid workflow is:
- Create a cloud phone
- Configure or associate a proxy
- Start the cloud phone
- Install and use apps
- Check usage and charges in Billing
Note: A cloud phone needs a proxy to access the network. If no proxy is configured, websites and apps inside the cloud phone may not be able to access the internet.

[FAQ] How should I start using PhoneGrid for the first time?
We recommend the following steps:
- Log in to PhoneGrid
- Create a cloud phone
- Configure a proxy during cloud phone creation, or select a saved proxy
- Start the cloud phone
- Install the apps you need inside the cloud phone
If you need to prepare apps for multiple cloud phones, you can use Application Center later.

[FAQ] Do I need to configure a proxy when creating a cloud phone?
Yes, if you want the cloud phone to access the internet.
You can configure a proxy while creating the cloud phone, or add a proxy first in Proxy Management, then associate it when creating or editing the cloud phone.
